Help me pls 😢 i did all or them correctly and my maker has the same exact design but its in the color red. I did all the directions perfectly when i press the button no coffee is coming out, when i take the cup out the Nespresso cup got holes in it hut it didnt guve me coffee 😭

Why don't they just add a descale button and clean button. I wouldn't mind.

Couldn’t get my machine to do the initial cycle. Tried everything suggested here multiple times. Still didn’t work. Called customer service, they told me to fill the water container full of HOT water and start the cycle by pressing the button 3 times.It worked right away!
Just bought mine. I find it ridiculous I have to resort to a “hack” for the system to work. This machine has been out for years. You’d think they would fix it
This is your best machine and I use it every day. Please update the design in black and white! 🥰

Au besoin, notre service Clientèle reste à votre écoute, du lundi au samedi, entre 8 h et 20 h au 0800 55 52 53 (appel et service gratuits). Bel après-midi. Gaëlle

please help lol. i ran the descaling solution before cleaning step and pressed button 3x in 2 seconds. Will using descaling solution in this step instead of water be detrimental to the machine? is it safe to use?

I wish I had never done this! I spent six hours yesterday and today I have spoken with three different representatives all of whom I was disconnected with. I tried two video calls that both diconnected. If I ever get this fixed, I wil do it the old fashioned way with white vinegar!

Do you always have the press the coffee button twice, I brewed a Stormio today and it was way less coffee than my original nespresso vertuo machine
Hello. You would only press the brew button twice if you wanted to create a more concentrated pour.

Why is there water still in the machine after going through the cleaning cycle?
The cleaning cycle doesn't use all the water in the machine as a safety method to not overdraw and pull air in.
